Nicole “Coach Twy” Twyman is not just an entrepreneur; she's a visionary on a mission to empower women to reclaim their health, both physically and spiritually. Its mission: to end obesity in Black and Brown communities through a holistic approach that transcends diet and exercise. Today, this community thrives with over 12,000 women across the country, each on their unique journey to healthier living.

Nicole's journey is marked by resilience, faith, and a deep commitment to serve. Growing up in Algiers, Louisiana, she was inspired by her grandmother, Annie Mae Dunn, who lived a life of service. Nicole's experiences have shaped her into a servant leader, managing her business more like a ministry, rooted in empathy, compassion, and love.

Fit, Fyne & Fabulous isn't just another weight loss program; it's a transformational experience that supports the whole woman, from mindset to spirituality and beyond. Nicole's approach emphasizes that perfection is a myth, and failure is a stepping stone to success.
